Known Issue - New Dracthyr Could Become Stuck - July 19

With today’s new build of the Alpha, it’s possible to make a new Dracthyr and then find yourself stuck.
We’ve seen most testers normally move past this situation it within a second or two, but some do not.
We believe that if you make a new character, it shouldn’t happen again.
We’re working to get to the bottom of it.
